Before joining CoCreate Financial, Sierra compiled rich experiences across several industries, first in the medical field. These roles nurtured her empathy and instilled a drive to serve clients with authenticity and integrity. Later, her skills expanded through administrative roles where she refined her ability to manage operations and collaborate with diverse teams, a foundation that continues to support CoCreate Financial’s impactful work.

Outside of work, Sierra is an enthusiastic creator who finds joy in crafting functional art in her pottery studio. An avid gardener and outdoor enthusiast, she loves dirt biking with her husband, Gavin, and exploring Montana’s natural beauty.
